06/21/11	Braid's New EP Picking Up Steam Polyvinyl veterans Braid are releasing new material for the first time in 13 years, since their swan song Frame and Canvas. Now, the band's new EP Closer to Closed, which features four new songs, is getting some early attention. The EP is slated for release on August 16, 2011, on 180-gram white vinyl, and features 3 original songs and a cover of Jeff Hanson's "You Are the Reason."
