I Am Warm and Powerful posted yesterday that the boys in SSLYBY are about to head into the studio to begin work on their 3rd full-length album, which is yet to be titled. Kids love Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin. Even in Vienna, Austria! Phillip Dickey and Will Knauer got a chance to perform "All Hail Dracula" at the local playground while they were in Austria last week for their European tour. You can tell from the video, that these kids were stoked! Watch for the guitar lesson Will and Phil give at the end. CLASSIC.

Daytrotter is cool. We all know that much. But this time they've stepped it up. They've decided to put together a tour where bands will be playing in barns & attics throughout Iowa and Wisconsin from July 25th-29th. It's called the Daytrotter Barnstormer! Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin are known for writing great anthems for sports teams. They've already written one for their hometown baseball team, The Springfield Cardinals, so it's only logical for them to branch out overseas.
SSLYBY recently contributed a song for the new project Fast Forward, which highlights each country participating in the 2010 FIFA World Cup taking place in South Africa. SSLYBY's song is called "Back To You" and focuses on the country of Brazil.
