In 2010, Sonny Smith (Sonny & The Sunsets) invited 100 artists to collaborate on an incredibly ambitious project. The artists would design 100 album covers, while Smith recorded music (under fictitious band names) to go along with each one. The result is Vol. 1, 2, and 3 of the 100 Records project, which came out today!
Vol. 1, 2, and 3 are all available on limited edition cassettes + MP3, while Vol. 3 is also available on limited white vinyl! Check them all out RIGHT HERE.
