Where is my order?
All U.S. orders receive tracking numbers (unfortunately, we can not provide these for international orders). You will receive an e-mail with the information about your order when your order is shipped. If you did not receive a tracking number or it has not been updated for awhile, please send a pseudo-friendly e-mail to mailorder@polyvinylrecords.com and we'll be happy to get back to you right away.
I just bought a Polyvinyl LP and I am having a problem with the included digital download code. Can you help me with this?
Most of our LPs are on pressed 180-gram vinyl and include a free digital download code, which can be retrieved at http://www.polyvinylrecords.com/iheartvinyl. If your digital download states that your code is invalid, please try replacing any zero (0) with the letter "O" or vice versa, and attempt again. This is a common error.
If you find that your digital download code is for the incorrect album, or you are still experiencing a problem with your digital download, please contact downloads@polyvinylrecords.com.

How does the Instant MP3 download work?
Along with the launch of our digital download store, we now offer instant downloads of almost every title in the Polyvinyl catalog! After purchasing a CD, LP or 7", you will be taken to a page where you can download the album in 320kbps DRM-free MP3 format.
Downloads for pre-orders will be made available on the pre-order ship date. The download page will show a countdown clock indicating the exact moment when you will be able to retrieve your download.
Promo/Publicity/Radio
I am a writer/magazine/web publication, how can I get promos?
If you are a freelance writer and are contacting regarding a print magazine, the best way to get in touch is to e-mail press@polyvinylrecords.com and let us know which publication you are writing for.
We have a limited number of promos and receive an exceptional number of requests, which does not allow us to fulfill all promo requests. Please do not be offended if we cannot fulfill your request.
I work at a college/commercial radio station, how can I get music or schedule artist in studio appearances?

Can I use a Polyvinyl artist’s song on my Podcast?
Probably. Email your specific request to press@polyvinylrecords.com and we’ll respond with a quick answer.
I am working on a film/television show/commercial and would like to use a Polyvinyl song in the production. Can I use your music?
Most of our music is pre-cleared for music synchronization use. Please contact matt@polyvinylrecords.com for more information.
How can I book a Polyvinyl artist for a show?

Miscellaneous
Will Polyvinyl accept my band's demo?
The volume of demos we were receiving far outweighed our time and ability to listen to them. To be fair and not waste your time and materials, we are no longer able to accept unsolicited demos.
