Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS: Polyvinyl accepts returns on the following items:

• damaged CD’s, LP’s, and apparel
• unopened CD’s and LP’s
• unworn and unwashed apparel

For returns, ship the item to this address:

Please include the following:

1. your name and order number
2. your credit card number and expiration date so we can credit your account (We do not keep this information on file. This can also be emailed or phoned in.)
3. a note telling us why you are returning the item

Your account will be credited for the price of the item when it arrives in acceptable condition.

EXCHANGES: You may exchange CD’s, LP’s, or new unused unwashed apparel:

Any defective item can be exchanged only for same item.

We cover shipping cost only if the wrong item is shipped or if an item is damaged or defective. In any other case, you must include cash, check or money order covering the shipping cost according to the prices below.

$2.00: CDs, 7", t-shirts, DVDs
$4.00: LPs, Hoodies
