Chicago outre-pop artist and Father/Daughter alum NNAMDÏ has reimagined Anjimile’s single "Baby No More." In NNAMDÏ’s vision, the cheeky buoyancy of the original is transmuted into a gorgeous, piano-driven slow burn reprise. “Baby No More” was written in the wake of a decision to leave a relationship in which the narrator was not the best version of themselves, and the rework embraces the gravity of the moment: each line lands with a somber potency, yet the song still finds places to soar.
