With itsprimal pop chord structure--- the I/IV/V changes are there in everything from"La Bamba" to "Cherry, Cherry" to "Good Lovin'"and a hundred more-- and a melody that reminds me just a bit of "Pass theDutchie", "Like It or Not" has some overlap with El Guincho'saesthetic. And his remix picks up on some of those shared aspects and amplifiesthem, sounding very much like you'd expect, but in a good way.
