You know it's been some time since Couplet has been able to do much.

By that I mean we are never really able to do much. But SLOWLY - they have been able to work on a few more songs over the last couple of years and finally... After all that time... Here they are.

As the project begins to evolve and develop Couplet (Tanner Jones / Adam Beck / Evan Weiss) have taken on a more introspective and dare I say "vibey" direction. Moodier and with more depth. Added some new people to the personal (JG Shadid, Logan Bloom, Jason Cupp), recorded in some new locations (Hall Of Justice, Seattle WA) - And EP2 is a reflection of that.

Ask any member of the band and they will tell you this project is a sandbox. It's a playground. It's a space to be able to experiment and try ideas they maybe wouldn't explore in other creative efforts. But at its core here are three more manipulated synthy, poppy, and incredibly interesting songs from a group of friends writing music from across the country.
