We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email mailorder@polyvinylrecords.com with your order number. Once we approve the return, we'll email you instructions. Please don't send items back before your return is approved, because we can't accept returns we haven't approved.
Return shipping
You're responsible for the cost of return shipping. Send approved returns to: Polyvinyl Record Co., 717 S Neil St, Champaign, IL 61820. If your item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent you the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping (see below).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
Sale items, gift cards, and special-order or personalized items can't be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, just ask.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once we accept the return, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll email you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at mailorder@polyvinylrecords.com.
